Ashley is an artist & storyteller working with mediums of photography, encaustic, resin, 3D art, video projection & storytelling. Her art practice is an organic evolution of her work as a photojournalist, fine art photographer, and filmmaker over the last decade. 

Her camera documents micro-vistas with little or no post-manipulation, bearing witness to the primal act of seeing and delighting the viewer with quiet ecstasies of mindful wonder. Ash/er’s work is a healing tonic for our distracted world, inviting all of us to look deeper, to take grand pleasure in life’s small details, and to cherish the abounding presence in which all of us are held. 

Prior to her art and film career, Ash/er was a sport psychologist born out of her own career as a professional athlete. She has lived in the valley since 2004, with the exception of a 5 year stint in Los Angeles.
