Currently lives in Basalt, CO
Morrison’s work is informed by Social Justice issues, particularly Reproductive Rights, Western Colonialism, and Mysticism. Spanning the languages of abstraction and representationalism, she embraces methods of production including gypsum cast bas-relief, printmaking, collage and ceramics.
Morrison has exhibited internationally and has acted as co-curator for multiple events including Collect For Choice, fundraiser for The Brigid Alliance (2022); LAMMAHOUSE, Hong Kong (2021); Binder of Women exhibitions, LA (2017-2020).
Her work has been featured in publications including: Hyperallergic, The Hong Kong Economic Journal, The Contemporary Art Digest, Juxtapoz, LA Magazine, FLAUNT, The Los Angeles Times, and New American Paintings.
She currently works at The Aspen Art Museum and as Exhibition Preparator at The Art Base, Basalt.
